Supervising Broker Update Q3 - Virtual

Description

This course is for Supervising Brokers Only and is only available for virtual attendance. The registration deadline is July 15th, 2024 at 2:00pm. 

This is a Supervising Broker Update Course for Q3: those with the Supervising Broker Endorsement are required to complete 4 hours of Update Courses annually to meet the Board of Realty Regulation's requirement. MOR offers (4) 2-Hour Update Courses annually.

Join Robyn Erlenbush and Jaymie Bowditch for a 2 hour forms update with the revised Listing Agreement and Cooperating Broker Compensation Agreement. We will discuss new changes including Total Compensation, Offers of Compensation to Third Parties and various scenarios including unrepresented buyers.

We will review the revised Buyer Representation Agreement and new Limiting Buyer Representation Agreement (Touring/Showing Agreement). 

 MAR revised forms and new forms will be available in August, 2025.


Eligible for 2 CE hours.
