Success in business isn’t a sprint — it’s a marathon. And no one knows that better than Maura Neill, who went from calling herself a “runner” in air quotes to crossing the finish lines at the Boston and London Marathons and winning her age group in local races. But it wasn’t just her pace that changed — it was her mindset.
In this motivational keynote, Maura shares how the lessons she learned on the racecourse mirror the entrepreneurial journey: staying consistent even when progress feels slow, pushing through the hard seasons, setting goals that stretch you, and ultimately discovering where your true strengths lie. She explores what it means to finish strong — even when the race is harder than expected — and how to find your stride in a business world that rarely offers a flat, straight path.
Whether you're just lacing up at the starting line or already deep into the long run of building something meaningful, this keynote will inspire you to run your race, trust your training, and own your identity as a business owner — no air quotes required.
