Simmer Down and Stop the Drama: How to Move from Conflict to Conversation

This course is only available for in-person attendance. The registration deadline is 9/9/2024 at 2:00pm. 

All too often we find ourselves in sticky situations trying to navigate a difficult conversation with a peer, client, or vendor. Most of us are under-skilled when it comes to conflict resolution. More often than not, we skip the conversation all together, often leading to an escalation of the situation. 

Session Elements: 

  • Understand the neurological dynamics of an emotional hijacking 
  • How to move through high conflict moments without getting personally triggered 
  • Find the grace to reset and repair, even when feelings have been hurt 
  • How to anticipate and avoid unnecessary conflict 
  • 5 easy steps to diffuse a heated situation and move on 
  • The do’s and don’ts of electronic communication when it comes to disagreements

Members who register for a CE Class and then simply do not show for the class will be marked as a "no show" and following one initial warning, they will be issued a $10 fee each time they are a no-show.
