Instructor: Heather Ozur is an internationally recognized REALTOR®, keynote speaker, and leadership strategist. She serves as a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty and as a Regional Liaison | Professional Development Consultant, partnering with brokerage leaders and coaching real estate professionals across the Western Region. Heather is the 2025 Past President of the California Association of REALTORS® and the 2019 National President of the Women's Council of REALTORS®. With more than 25 years of real estate experience, Heather is known for delivering engaging, high-energy presentations filled with practical strategies, inspiring stories, and actionable ideas that help professionals lead with confidence and grow their businesses.


Members who register for a CE Class and then simply do not show for the class will be marked as a "no show" and following one initial warning, they will be issued a $10 fee each time they are a no-show.
