In this motivational keynote, Maura shares how the lessons she learned on the racecourse mirror the entrepreneurial journey: staying consistent even when progress feels slow, pushing through the hard seasons, setting goals that stretch you, and ultimately discovering where your true strengths lie. She explores what it means to finish strong — even when the race is harder than expected — and how to find your stride in a business world that rarely offers a flat, straight path. 

Whether you're just lacing up at the starting line or already deep into the long run of building something meaningful, this keynote will inspire you to run your race, trust your training, and own your identity as a business owner — no air quotes required.

Members who register for a CE Class and then simply do not show for the class will be marked as a "no show" and following one initial warning, they will be issued a $10 fee each time they are a no-show. Instructor: Maura Neill (ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CRS, e-PRO, GRI, MRP, PSA, MA) is a second-generation REALTOR® who combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. Before getting into the real estate business in 2001, Maura taught at Florida State University and University of Phoenix
