This is the virtual registration option. This course is for Supervising and Designated Brokers only and deadline to register is April 27, 2026 at 2:00pm. 

Course Overview

This course equips real estate professionals with the knowledge and tools to protect their businesses, comply with legal obligations, and responsibly integrate AI technologies.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand why real estate businesses are high-value cyber targets.
  • Recognize common cybersecurity pitfalls in the industry.
  • Identify compliance obligations (FTC, state laws, NAR guidelines, GDPR/CCPA where applicable).
  • Implement cost-effective security strategies for small-to-medium real estate firms.
  • Use AI responsibly while safeguarding client trust.
  • Understand the legal and ethical responsibilities of handling client data.
  • Respond effectively to real-world cybersecurity scenarios.
