Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Certification - Mastering the CMA

Description

This course is currently full, however you may still register for the waiting list. The registration deadline is September 30th, 2024 at 2pm. This course is currently only available for in-person attendance. 


The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification is specifically designed to enhance your skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

Knowledge:

  • The purpose and benefits of CMAs, and how to guide clients through them
  • Terminology of pricing and valuation
  • The Code of Ethics as it relates to pricing
  • How to identify appropriate comparables, and where to find information about them
  • The role of supply and demand in pricing
  • How to adjust comparables
  • Specific challenges and special situations in making adjustments
  • How to work with appraisers
  • How to hone your pricing skills and practices

Instructor: Maura Neill (ABR, CRS, CDPE, e-PRO, MRP, PSA, MA, REALTOR®) is a second-generation REALTOR® who combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. Before getting into the real estate business in 2001, Maura previously taught at Florida State University and the University of Phoenix. She is an active agent with RE/MAX Around Atlanta, leading her team and representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis, and considers education – both clients and other real estate agents – an important part of her role as a REALTOR®. Maura is a graduate of Florida State University (MA-English Literature; BA-Humanities/Art History; BME-Choral Music Education) and has regularly attended the Harvard Negotiation Institute at Harvard Law School (2015, 2016) and the Harvard Division of Continuing Education in Professional Development (2017).

Members & non-members: $130 registration fee through September 2nd (early bird pricing). Register between Sept 3rd - Sept 30th: $155 registration fee
