REALTOR® Code of Ethics: Conversion Using the Code - VIRTUAL

This is the VIRTUAL registration option, and the registration deadline is August 23rd at 2:00 pm. If registration is showing as closed before the deadline, it means the class is currently full.  

The REALTOR® Code of Ethics is more than a requirement—it’s one of the most powerful tools you have to build trust, demonstrate value, and stand apart in today's competitive marketplace. 

In this engaging and practical session, nationally recognized speaker and REALTOR® leader Leigh Brown will show you how to turn the Code of Ethics into a business advantage. You'll learn how to communicate the value of working with a REALTOR®, strengthen your listing presentations, and confidently explain the professional standards that set REALTORS® apart from the competition. 

Through real-world examples and practical application, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their responsibilities to clients, customers, and the public. Topics include: 

•Communicating the REALTOR® difference to consumers •Understanding agency relationships and fiduciary duties 

•Putting clients' interests first while maintaining ethical standards 

•Conducting proper due diligence and helping clients make informed decisions 

•Navigating disclosure requirements with confidence 

•Applying ethical decision-making in challenging situations 

•Maintaining truthful and accurate communications in advertising, social media, and public interactions

Members who register for a CE Class and then simply do not show for the class will be marked as a "no show" and following one initial warning, they will be issued a $10 fee each time they are a no-show.
