I understand and acknowledge that I am taking responsibility for the above named new member and that:

• (Should have already happened) DR has 15 days to notify MLS and 30 days to notify MOR of new agent.
• (This form) DR has 5 days to complete, sign, and return the Designated REALTOR® Acknowledgement of New Member form.
• (Next step after this form is completed) New agent has 30 days to complete, sign, and return the MOR New Member Application or the DR will be billed non-member fees.
• MOR will process completed MOR New Member Application within 5-7 business days and notify MRMLS once the agent has submitted payment for dues and completed the code of ethics course (if applicable). 
• New Member will have a pending status until all requirements are completed and receives Board of Directors' approval.
