Jauna Poindexter
As a dedicated real estate professional at Berkshire Hathaway, I’m passionate about providing exceptional service to my buyers, sellers, and builders. With over a decade of experience, I’ve cultivated a clientele that feels more like family than business contacts.
Proudly rooted in Missoula, I’ve cheered for the Grizzlies for three generations! My commitment to the community runs deep—I’ve volunteered with MOR4Kids for ten years, supporting children in need, and I participate in our company’s volunteer initiatives.
When I’m not helping clients find their dream homes, I’m exploring the great outdoors with my four kids and our lovable dog, Olive Daisy. Montana’s beauty inspires me daily, and I cherish every moment spent in this paradise.
I believe laughter is essential, and I strive to turn clients into lifelong friends. If you’re looking to buy or sell a home, let’s create some real estate magic together—and share a few laughs along the way!

Matt Rosbarsky
As a lifelong Missoulian, I know this town. I’ve been selling real estate here since 1991 for one of the oldest independent firms in Missoula. I attended Missoula’s public schools (my kids did, too) and graduated from the University of Montana. I was even a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity, so I’m always happy to swap college stories.
During my time as a Realtor I’ve served as President of the Missoula Organization of Realtors (2002 & 2016), served as a State Director for the Montana Association of Realtors (2001-2004, 2015-2018), and currently serve on the board for Habitat for Humanity. I also am a guest instructor for Homeword’s Get Ready for Homeownership class.
I have 30+ years of experience in negotiating real estate transactions, buying/owning/managing real estate investments, and helping buyers and sellers make the most of any market conditions.
The local organizations I support are Garden City Ballet/The Nutcracker, Bare Bait Dance, Habitat for Humanity, Missoula YMCA, Sparks Youth Softball, and Florence-Carlton School.
