Cindy is an experienced, full-time REALTOR® with a proven track record of success and proud Broker/Partner at Ink Realty Group. Having lived in Missoula for over 30 years and explored all over Western Montana, she has a great grasp of the local landscape and a deep love for this place. She is committed to exceeding expectations through proactive communication, expert negotiation, dynamic marketing, and a thorough understanding of the local market. 

Her approach is client-centered, focusing on advocacy and honesty to facilitate a smooth and satisfying real estate experience. Cindy specializes in residential real estate with a focus on home prep and staging, first-time buyers, first-time sellers, navigating buying and selling simultaneously, and investors. 

Cindy seeks out continuing education opportunities that will help her excel at serving her clients. She has earned several certifications and designations, including CRS - Certified Residential Specialist and GRI - Graduate, REALTOR® Institute.

Cindy is deeply committed to giving back to the community she loves. She currently serves as a board member and Chair of the Communications Committee for the Missoula Organization of REALTORS®, Treasurer for 406 Pickleball Missoula, and is a founding member of the Women’s Giving Circle of Missoula County. Her past community involvement includes serving on the boards of the Missoula Community Foundation and Mount Sentinel Little League. Through these roles, Cindy works to strengthen local connections, support nonprofit initiatives, and help build a vibrant, engaged Missoula community.

Raised in the Flathead Valley, I bring a genuine love for Northwest Montana and a people-first approach to my work as a real estate agent with ERA Lambros Real Estate. With a Marketing degree from the University of Montana, I combine creativity and clear communication to make the buying or selling process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.I truly enjoy getting to know my clients, their goals, their lifestyle, and what “home” means to them, so I can guide them with support, honesty, and care. Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me hiking, camping, enjoying live music or soaking up Montana’s year-round beauty. 

Licensed since 1995, Sheena is the Managing Broker/Partner of Ink Realty Group.  She is a long-time Missoulian, parent of 4 kids, graduate of the University of Montana MPA certificate program, past two-time Treasurer and President of Missoula Organization of Realtors. She also serves on the boards of the Missoula Housing Authority, Missoula RecycleWorks, and two Montana Association of Realtors Committees.

Josh Perkins is a dedicated Broker with PureWest Christie’s International Real Estate, proudly serving clients across Missoula, the Bitterroot Valley, and the Deer Lodge Valley. He began his real estate career in 2014, after six years of teaching high school agriculture—an experience that sharpened his communication skills and deepened his commitment to helping others succeed.

Raised on his family’s cattle ranch in Deer Lodge, Josh brings a genuine agricultural background to his work, along with firsthand knowledge of land, lifestyle properties, and the communities he serves. He is a graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, where he earned his degree in Agricultural Education.

Josh and his family make their home in Stevensville. When they’re not working, you’ll likely find them in the mountains snowmobiling or skiing, out on the lake with their boat, or traveling and exploring new places together.

With experience spanning agriculture, construction, sales, and investment properties, Josh offers clients a well-rounded perspective. He and his husband also own and operate several long-term and vacation rental properties, giving him valuable insight into the investment side of the market.
