Appraised and Confused: Massive Changes to Montana’s Property Taxes - Virtual

This is the virtual registration option. The registration deadline is 8/17/25 at 5pm. 

Property taxes are an important part of buying and selling decisions when it comes to real estate.  This course will explore changes to Monana's property tax laws and assist agents in better informing their clients.  

What you can expect to gain from this class:

• Basic understanding of how property taxes are calculated.
• Understanding changes made to Montana property tax laws in 2025.
• Understanding how reappraisal will play into tax law changes. 

Eligible for 1 CE hour

Members who register for a CE Class and then simply do not show for the class will be marked as a "no show" and following one initial warning, they will be issued a $10 fee each time they are a no-show. Please use your Info Hub to cancel your class registrations as needed in order to avoid this fee.
