COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course by Ginger Unger, CCIM, is designed for agents representing or considering the representation of commercial buyers and sellers in Montana. Agents will understand how to draft a commercial sales contract, including a detailed explanation of each clause. A discussion will be held on the competencies essential to representing commercial clients in the purchase or sale of commercial real estate. The contract includes several paragraphs that require disclosure to protect both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. Agents must assist clients in understanding what is and is not conveyed in the transaction. Agents will draft a list of items they should have readily available to draft a Buy-Sell Agreement for commercial properties.
