This is the in person registration option, and the registration deadline is August 18th at 2:00pm. If registration is showing as closed before the deadline, it means the class is currently full. 

Commercial Property Due Diligence: Understanding Property Condition Assessments, Environmental Reviews, and Risk Management.

Course Learning Objectives By the end of this course attendees will be able to: 

•Explain the purpose and scope of a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) 

•Differentiate between a PCA and a commercial building inspection 

•Understand ASTM E2018 standards and industry best practices 

•Recognize when additional assessments are warranted 

•Understand the purpose of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment 

•Identify common property risks that affect value and financing 

•Interpret capital reserve projections and cost-to-remedy reports 

•Better advise clients during acquisition, disposition, and lease negotiations

Members who register for a CE Class and then simply do not show for the class will be marked as a "no show" and following one initial warning, they will be issued a $10 fee each time they are a no-show. Please use your Info Hub to cancel your class registrations as needed in order to avoid this fee.
