To fulfill NAR's Code of Ethics requirement for the current cycle (ending 12/31/24), please note you must attend at least 2 of the 3 courses available on March 6th.
This course is designed for all members, and attendees will experience an abbreviated hearing, plus develop (or refresh) their skills as a possible panelist on a hearing panel. Includes a procuring cause role play!

Diane Mosley joined the staff of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® in 1990. Prior to that, Diane was affiliated with the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® and the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® for five years as a professional standards administrator. She also spent one year as the director of multiple listing services for the Honolulu Board of REALTORS®.
During her tenure with the National Association, Diane has conducted numerous outreach programs for state association- sponsored professional standards training programs, has taught many sessions at the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF
REALTORS® conferences, and has participated in many regional training programs nationally. She has the major responsibility for the National Association’s mediation training seminar which is critical to positioning mediation as the preferred method of dispute resolution and for developing professional standards educational materials. She is responsible for updating all professional standards policy manuals and materials on an annual basis to reflect current National policies and procedures. She also is the staff executive for the Professional Standards Forum.
Diane received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and her Master’s in Counseling degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. She lives in the greater Chicagoland area with her husband and two teenage sons.
Members who register for a CE Class and then simply do not show for the class will be marked as a "no show" and following one initial warning, they will be issued a $10 fee each time they are a no-show. Please use your Info Hub to cancel your class registrations as needed in order to avoid this fee.
