NAR Code of Ethics with Terri Wellborn

This course is only available for in-person attendance. The registration deadline is 4/17/2024 at 2:00pm. 

This course fulfills the NAR Code of Ethics requirement for the current cycle ending 12/31/2024.

This course dives into the core principles of the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics by not only focusing on the understanding of each Article, but also shedding light on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) associated with each, ensuring a thorough grasp of ethical considerations. Additionally, participants will explore the regulations of unprofessional conduct as outlined in the Montana Annotated Code and Board of Realty Regulations, providing a side-by-side look on law, regulation and the code of ethics.

Members who register for a CE Class and then simply do not show for the class will be marked as a "no show" and following one initial warning, they will be issued a $10 fee each time they are a no-show. Please use your Info Hub to cancel your class registrations as needed in order to avoid this fee.
