September is REALTOR® Safety Month! Join Ethan Smith, Detective with the Missoula Police Department as he covers the following: 

• Doing homework on potential buyers 
• Keeping yourself safe at home showings and open house events 
• Specific safety tips on showing a home; moving room by room 
• Personal defense items you can purchase 
• Communicating with your office (special phrases, location, etc) 
• Ideas for when there’s no cell service

This course is eligible for 1 CE Hr.
