Real Estate Transaction Basics when Working with a Community Land Trust

This course is in-person only and is not eligible for CE credit. The registration deadline is Feb 13, 2026 at 8:00 am and seating is limited.

Front Step, a local Community Land Trust (CLT), will have 21 homes go on MLS in February. However, working with a CLT is foreign to many REALTORS. A member of Front Step will share the basics on how these transactions work, payment rates and more.
