Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES) - In Person

Description

This is the in-person registration option and the deadline to register is October 1, 2026 at 2:00pm. 

The SRES Designation Course helps real estate professionals develop the business-building skills and resources for specialization in the 50+ real estate market by expanding knowledge of how life stages impact real estate choices, connecting to a network of resources, and fostering empathy with clients and customers. 

Eligible for 12 hrs CE and 2-hours will count towards GRI Core requirement in the Avoiding Setbacks Fines & Lawsuits category, plus 8 Elective hours (in person only)

Early Registration Fee: $300 through September 23, 2026 

Regular Registration Fee: $325 after September 23, 2026

Members who register for a CE Class and then simply do not show for the class will be marked as a "no show" and following one initial warning, they will be issued a $10 fee each time they are a no-show. Please use your Info Hub to cancel your class registrations as needed in order to avoid this fee.
