Kelsey Ward brings a dynamic perspective to the team, combining her background in architecture, design, and marketing with hands-on experience in commercial real estate. Working closely with her mother, Katie, she has been actively involved in commercial and development transactions throughout Western Montana. A graduate of Montana State University with a Master of Architecture (M.Arch, Class of 2012), she has over a decade of experience in design and project management within Big Sky/Bozeman and the Missoula/Flathead regions. Her portfolio includes custom homes, tenant improvements, commercial buildings & remodels, where she served as a lead designer and project manager.

In addition to her architectural background, Kelsey has honed skills in marketing, website design, and content creation—valuable assets she applies to staging homes, crafting marketing materials for listings, and drafting plans for leasing or development opportunities. Her creative eye and marketing expertise further strengthen the team’s ability to showcase properties and deliver outstanding results for clients.

When she's not working, Kelsey can be found tending to her flower garden, exploring local trails and rivers, at recreational bowling league, cheering on the Griz, attending concerts, traveling to new destinations, or unwinding at home with her beloved dachshunds.
