I’m Tommy Evans, a REALTOR® with Missoula Realty, working with business owners, investors, property owners, and residential buyers and sellers across Missoula and Western Montana.

Born and raised in Missoula, I’m a third-generation Montanan and a second-generation real estate agent. I work alongside my mother, Shelly Evans, Owner/Broker, and my sister, Ashley, at our independent, locally owned brokerage.

My commercial work brings me alongside people making important decisions about their businesses: finding a first storefront, negotiating a lease, buying a building, or coordinating a business purchase with the space it depends on. I help compare options, investigate costs and property details, negotiate terms, and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals to keep the transaction moving.

My background in broadcasting, engineering, technology, and business operations shapes how I approach those decisions. I look closely at how a property will function, what it will cost, and whether it supports what you’re trying to accomplish. I bring that same attention to residential purchases and sales, from pricing and offers through inspections and closing.
