Brandon joined the Personal Insurance team in the Bitterroot in 2019. He comes from 11 years of experience educating our youth as an agriculture education instructor and serving as an FFA advisor. His passion is developing long-lasting relationships with all people. He most enjoyed watching his students achieve success and proficiency in something they had worked so hard to achieve or learn. Now, as a professional in the insurance industry, he considers it his responsibility to help people protect their personal property, liability and investments. He strives to take a comprehensive look at personal insurance from life insurance and Medicare to home and auto.

Brandon is a 3rd generation Montanan. Both his husband and himself take pride in being multi-generation Montanans with strong ties to our farming and ranching communities. Along with working hard, they enjoy recreating in snow during winter and on the lake in the summer. Sharing the outdoors with their son is a priority of theirs.

Paula, worked as a broker/owner at a local agency for 10 years, she now hangs her license with Keller Williams, a national firm to ensure her clients get the best platform for buying and selling. Chay Hughes has been in sales for 27 years and a full-time, licensed REALTOR for over fourteen years. In 2020 she received her Brokers license. She started her real estate career as a licensed assistant to a top producing agent, which honed her skills in all aspects of the business. Chay is a Keller Williams BOLD graduate. Clients appreciate her eye for detail and superior customer service. She was in the top 3 of Keller Williams Western Montana in 2017 and 2018. The only thing Kristy Lake enjoys more than fishing is hooking up her customers with the perfect home loan. Growing up fishing and boating the waters of Flathead Lake, Kristy fell in love with the great outdoors. This Missoula-born fishing enthusiast was raised under our Big Sky to be an accomplished hunter, hiker and overall outdoors person, too. And did we mention that she loves to fish? 

When not on the water, Kristy enjoys helping clients realize their goals – whether it’s buying a first home, moving up to their dream home or investing in Montana’s booming real estate market. Kristy first joined First Security Bank as a Loan Processor, quickly moving up the ladder to Mortgage Loan Assistant.

She is now a full-fledged do-it-all Mortgage Loan Originator. 

Carly is a full service real estate broker, advisor and Realtor member who's been practicing since 2014.  Marketing expertise, photography, staging advice, market knowledge, contract expertise and problem solving skills are integral services she provides. She strives to make real estate transactions transparent, smooth and positive experiences. 

Carly stays involved with our community and on top of local industry changes by serving on the board at the Missoula Organization of Realtors, their MOR4Kids Committee, and their Public Affairs Committee. She'll serve as President of the organization in 2023. 

Missoula is Carly's lifelong home. She and her husband reside in central Missoula with their pups, Edie and Roxy, and their son Logan.  

Going the extra mile and taking pride in her craft is how Bri O’Leary defines her real estate career. Bri holds herself to high standards in all she does in both her business and personal life. She puts her heart in all she does, hence her slogan “Homes with Heart.” 

When not dedicating herself to her work she can be found enjoying time with her husband and three children, three dogs, riding horses, apologetically trying new foods, or traveling both Montana and the international world. Having a degree in both Spanish and Secondary Education through the University of Montana, Bri spent nine years dedicated to teaching high school at two local high schools, showing her ability to communicate in more than one language and her passion for education both in and out of the real estate world. Her passion for growth and education shows as she teaches weekly Spanish and emotional support lessons in her son's elementary school. Bri is also highly involved in MOR4Kids, a local committee of Missoula Organization of Realtors dedicated to serving students of all local schools. 

Bri O’Leary was raised in a tiny, rural town outside San Diego, California just north of the Mexico border, but has called Missoula home for the last 11 years as it provided the perfect combination of country living she was used to and the “big city” amenities that she lacked growing up. Bri is a PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and has a wide variety of personal experience living in all quadrants of Missoula and surrounding outskirts as well as the Bitterroot Valley and is eager to share that knowledge with you. Kendra obtained her Real Estate license in 1999 and has worked at Berkshire Hathaway HS MT Properties since 1998. Kendra strives to be honest, compassionate, and hardworking for her customers. Kendra attended the University of Montana graduating with a Business Finance Degree with a minor in Office Systems Management. Growing up in Havre, MT Kendra realizes how important her community is. She is actively involved with her kids, plays volleyball, loves Orange Theory and spending time with her dog Zeke. Real Estate is her passion which drives her to be successful and accountable.
