Trevor Arms
As a proud member of the Missoula real estate community, I believe that every client deserves more than just a transaction—they deserve an advocate, a strategist, and someone who genuinely cares about their future.
With a background in sales leadership, a knack for creative problem-solving, and a passion for helping people get the most out of every opportunity, I approach real estate as both an advisor and a relentless advocate. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, seasoned investor, or navigating a major life change, I’ll bring clear communication, strong negotiation, and a steady hand to the process.
Montana’s wild spaces are my second home, whether I’m hiking local trails or spending time with my dogs. My mission is simple: make your home journey as rewarding and stress-free as possible—while always keeping things real.
If you’re looking for a REALTOR® who treats you like a partner, not a number, let’s connect and make your goals happen.
Jayde Conrad
Jayde was raised in the heart of the Mission Valley, where she grew up on a small farm just outside of Ronan. From an early age, she developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for the land through caring for animals, gardening, and hands-on experience with the responsibilities of farm life. Her close-knit family has always been a source of encouragement, inspiring her to pursue her goals with determination and heart.
With a background in customer service across a variety of public-facing roles, Jayde brings a people-first approach to her work. Her ability to connect, communicate, and advocate for others is a cornerstone of her success in real estate.
A lifelong Montanan, Jayde finds joy in the natural beauty of her surroundings—whether she’s hiking local trails or spending time on Flathead Lake enjoying water activities, paddleboarding with her dogs, or trailriding with her horses. She also has a passion for art, interior design, and home staging, which has naturally complemented her full-time real estate career. Today, she works as a Broker with Josh Plum at Point 6 Realty, combining her creative eye with her commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Jayde is a proud member of the Missoula Organization of REALTORS®, the Montana Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and the Montana Regional Multiple Listing Service. She is well-versed in the buying and selling process and is dedicated to guiding her clients through every step with clarity and care. Known for her integrity, work ethic, and genuine dedication, Jayde strives to make each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Jeannine Lovell
I am a Morgage Loan Officer with First Security Bank. While helping people find the right home loan is my ultimate goal, my favorite part of my job is getting to know my customers. Whether it is a purchase, refinance or construction loan I always try to make the process as smooth and seamless as possible. I have been in the housing world for over 15 years, and spent the last 5 as a mortgage lender.
I was born in Missoula and like most of us that were born here, left for a few years to explore other areas and then found myself back in the place that I LOVE. I am a graduate of Montana State University but still root for The Griz!
Joshua Plum
Josh is a proud native of Montana. Born and raised in Seeley Lake, he commuted 60 miles to Hellgate High School in Missoula and graduated in 1996. Josh then continued his music studies further at the University of Montana from 1996-2001. He remains an avid music lover and lover of the arts. Josh learned his customer service skills in restaurant management, and worked in franchise development and management training for a fast growing company in Missoula. The opportunity saw him open restaurants and train staff members all over the United States. Josh started his real estate career with his wife Jennifer and their property management company.
Plum Property Management has been a leader in the Missoula rental industry since 2009. Josh developed the vacation and short-term rental department within Plum Property Management, and continues to serve as Director of Business Development. He enjoys working with investors to provide excellent property management and guidance to grow their individual portfolios. This close involvement in the multi-family and commercial real estate segment gives Josh a great perspective on investment properties and their unique needs.
Josh and Jennifer are proud parents of Timothy and Olivia. His work ethic and positive attitude are the biggest traits he hopes to instill in his children. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, hunting, playing music, and enjoying the beauty of Montana.

Matt Rosbarsky
As a lifelong Missoulian, I know this town. I’ve been selling real estate here since 1991 for one of the oldest independent firms in Missoula. I attended Missoula’s public schools (my kids did, too) and graduated from the University of Montana. I was even a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity, so I’m always happy to swap college stories.
During my time as a Realtor I’ve served as President of the Missoula Organization of Realtors (2002 & 2016), served as a State Director for the Montana Association of Realtors (2001-2004, 2015-2018), and currently serve on the board for Habitat for Humanity. I also am a guest instructor for Homeword’s Get Ready for Homeownership class.
I have 30+ years of experience in negotiating real estate transactions, buying/owning/managing real estate investments, and helping buyers and sellers make the most of any market conditions.
The local organizations I support are Garden City Ballet/The Nutcracker, Bare Bait Dance, Habitat for Humanity, Missoula YMCA, Sparks Youth Softball, and Florence-Carlton School.
