There is more competition, disruption and changes happening in our industry than ever before, but there is also more opportunity for those that are ready for it. In this session, Jared James will go over what changes you need to make to adjust for the shifting market and ultimately position yourself as the best option for your consumers in your local marketplace moving forward. Come ready to learn new strategies, take notes, be motivated, and of course, laugh and have fun! Eligible for 2 CE hours

1:00pm to 4:00pm “How to Get in Front of More Sellers and Win More Listings" 

In this engaging and interactive course, not only will students will learn to clearly identify the federally protected classes, we will additionally explore additional state protected classes. Agents will leave this course better prepared to protect and serve the public by challenging biases and outdated perceptions related to fair housing law. Eligible for 3 CE hours *CE APPROVAL PENDING
