This is the in-person registration option, and the registration deadline is March 9th at 2:00 pm. If registration is showing as closed before the deadline, it means the class is currently full.

This session explores perception versus reality psychology, emphasizing effective conversation and relationship building through techniques like reflective listening and body language cues. Learn essential questioning techniques to improve your EQ, communication skills, and become a more well-rounded real estate professional.

Eligible for 2 CE Hrs

Members who register for a CE Class and then simply do not show for the class will be marked as a "no show" and following one initial warning, they will be issued a $10 fee each time they are a no-show. Please use your Info Hub to cancel your class registrations as needed in order to avoid this fee.

Instructor: Maura Neill (ABR, CRS, CDPE, e-PRO, MRP, PSA, MA, REALTOR®) is a second-generation REALTOR® who combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. Before getting into the real estate business in 2001, Maura previously taught at Florida State University and the University of Phoenix. She is an active agent with RE/MAX Around Atlanta, leading her team and representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis, and considers education – both clients and other real estate agents – an important part of her role as a REALTOR®. Maura is a graduate of Florida State University (MA-English Literature; BA-Humanities/Art History; BME-Choral Music Education) and has regularly attended the Harvard Negotiation Institute at Harvard Law School (2015, 2016) and the Harvard Division of Continuing Education in Professional Development (2017).
