This is the in-person registration option. The registration deadline is April 24, 2025 at 5pm.

This course will help real estate professionals improve their knowledge of flood risk, floodplain maps, and local, state and federal floodplain regulations when it comes to land use and development.  REALTORS will be able to convey information to property owners who own, build or develop on land located within regulatory flood hazard area and share resources.

Members who register for a CE Class and then simply do not show for the class will be marked as a "no show" and following one initial warning, they will be issued a $10 fee each time they are a no-show. Please use your Info Hub to cancel your class registrations as needed in order to avoid this fee.
