Description

This is a 2-day course and eligible for 12 CE Hours. The registration deadline is October 26, 2025 at 5:00 pm. This is for the Virtual Registration.  

The Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE®) Certification course provides the foundational experience and practice negotiators need to master so they can effectively advocate for their clients. A “win-win” objective is merely a perception. Power comes from leveraging your options and alternatives so that the clients has the best possible choices to consider and knows what the downside could be for each choice presented. 

Real estate professionals encounter all sorts of people, personalities, situations, behind the scenes issues, and adverse and competing objectives of the parties. 

This course will teach you how to: 

*Understand the basic types of negotiations, the phases of negotiations, and the skills needed for successful negotiating. 

*Adjust your communication style to achieve optimum results with any party in the transaction. 

*Effectively negotiate face-to-face, on the phone, through e-mail, text, and live virtually. 

*Secure the best possible outcome for your client and protect their interests.

Successful completion of the RENE Certification Course and REALTOR® membership or International REALTOR® membership is required for certification.  

Steps For Earning Your RENE® Certification: 

Step 1: RENE® Certification Course
Complete the two-day certification course October 29 & 30 through MOR. Maintain active and good membership status with the National Association REALTORS®. 

Step 2:Application and Fee 

Submit a non-refundable $159 one-time credentialing fee (there are no recurring annual dues or membership) with the application.  

NOTE:  For live, classroom courses, we do not process applications until the course sponsor has submitted the roster.  Once the roster is received, please allow REBI up to ten (10) business days to process.  REBI will verify your course completion, process your application and then, you will receive a confirmation to the preferred email address we have on file.
