The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification is for REALTORS® who want to hone the skills that will allow them to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties.  

Course Goals: 

Understand the world of distressed properties and short sales.  Identify the crucial role of the real estate agent and how they can aid the client through a smooth transaction.  Explain the process of a short sale or foreclosure from contract to close. 

Bonus! The Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) certification course counts as an elective for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) Designation.
