This course is for Supervising Brokers Only and is available for Virtual attendance only. The registration deadline is August 3, 2024 at 2:00pm. 

This is a Supervising Broker Update Course for Q3: those with the Supervising Broker Endorsement are required to complete 4 hours of Update Courses annually to meet the Board of Realty Regulation's requirement. MOR offers (4) 2-Hour Update Courses annually.

This 2 hour Supervising Broker Update class will cover the latest litigation trends, including misrepresentation, disclosure, and dual agency. We will look at current form changes and upcoming issues in Montana that affect real estate brokerage.

Eligible for 2 CE hours.
