Cari Kaptur is a Missoula REALTOR® and co-owner of the Homes 406 Team at REMAX, helping buyers and sellers throughout Missoula and Western Montana navigate real estate with confidence, clear communication, and a little fun along the way.

Cari works alongside her husband, Mike, as a husband-and-wife real estate team with more than two decades of experience in the Western Montana real estate market. Together, they serve clients throughout Missoula and the surrounding communities, including the Bitterroot Valley, Lolo, Florence, Frenchtown, Clinton, Turah, Alberton, Superior, and beyond.

Before becoming a full time REALTOR®, Cari spent 17 years as a nurse, primarily in the NICU. That experience shaped the way she approaches real estate today: listen carefully, communicate clearly, pay attention to the details, and help people feel informed and supported when the stakes are high.

Cari and Mike’s goal is to elevate the real estate experience without making it stuffy or stressful. They combine decades of local knowledge, strong negotiation, thoughtful strategy, and responsive service with a relaxed, approachable style.
