Chay Hughes has been in sales for 27 years and a full-time, licensed REALTOR for over fourteen years. In 2020 she received her Brokers license. She started her real estate career as a licensed assistant to a top producing agent, which honed her skills in all aspects of the business. Chay is a Keller Williams BOLD graduate. Clients appreciate her eye for detail and superior customer service. She was in the top 3 of Keller Williams Western Montana in 2017 and 2018. In her free time, Chay loves to golf and play pickleball.  Chay also gives back to her community as a member Missoula Organization’s Chair of MOR4Kids, previous board member Big Brothers Big Sisters of Missoula and the YWCA.
