About
I was raised in the Missoula Valley and graduated from Frenchtown High School in 1982. I served honorable with the Montana Army National Guard at Fort Missoula and was awarded the Army Achievement Medal for meritorious service. In 1984, I married my wife Billie and moved to Lolo where we raised our two children, Charisa and Cameron. Prior to entering real estate, I worked for a local lumber mill for 20 years and then operated a successful construction and lawn maintenance business. My first construction project was a rental unit I built for myself while building my home. After that, I began building spec houses and custom homes. My experience and knowledge in the construction field allows me to see things that others might not that may be important to know in a potential new home. This is an added-value to my real estate clients. A go-getter, I am passionate about helping others and I especially enjoy working in real estate as it allows me to help you execute major life decisions whether it be finding your dream home, selling an existing home, upgrading or downsizing. I can work with residential property owners as well as builders and developers and have three promises for my clients: 1. I will be on time. 2. I will be brutally honest. 3. I will do what I say I will do for you. I am a trustworthy and experienced resource who will consult with you...during every step of the process. I will negotiate for you...treating your money like it’s my own and most importantly, I will handle all the details for you... to ensure the multitude of steps in the real estate process are handled accurately and timely. Bottom Line, I will get the job done and not let you down! Give me a call at 406-240-8715 to discuss how I can help you reach your real estate goals.
