Kevin Bailey has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2008. He purchased Missoula Realty in 2010 and converted it to an EXIT Realty Franchise the same year. Kevin has a strong business background with many years of experience in management, real estate  investing, and construction. He is successful in Residential, Commercial, and Investment property sales. His specialty is Investment and Commercial Real Estate.

As the Owner and Managing Broker of EXIT Realty Missoula, Kevin shares his diverse knowledge with his agents to help them develop their career in the areas they wish to specialize. He helps his agents set goals and holds them accountable to achieve those goals. He believes in always bettering himself & his team through education & it is of utmost importance to Kevin to offer his agents the best training in the business. Kevin is actively involved in the Missoula Organization of REALTORS®. He has served on several committees. Kevin and the EXIT Realty Missoula office are also members of the Montana Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Kevin believes that being a REALTOR® is about community involvement, Kevin and his team at EXIT donate time and money to various charities including Habitat for Humanity, MOR 4 Kids and Toys For Tots.  To date EXIT Realty Corporation has donated over $7 million to these charities.
