This is the in-person registration option and the deadline to register is October 5, 2026 at 2:00pm. 

The SRES Designation Course helps real estate professionals develop the business-building skills and resources for specialization in the 50+ real estate market by expanding knowledge of how life stages impact real estate choices, connecting to a network of resources, and fostering empathy with clients and customers. 

This is a two-day class October 7 and 8th.

Eligible for 12 hrs CE and 2-hours will count towards GRI Core requirement in the Avoiding Setbacks Fines & Lawsuits category (in person only), plus 8 Elective hours

Instructor: Melanie McLane is a second-generation REALTOR® with extensive experience as an appraiser, broker, and educator. She holds numerous REALTOR® designations and certifications, including ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI, RAA, RSPS, PSA, SRES, and SRS, and is a certified distance instructor and an Appraiser Qualifications Board-approved USPAP instructor. 

A respected industry educator, Melanie has authored numerous real estate courses and served as a subject matter expert and author for NAR courses, including Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and RSPS. She has also held leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, including serving as President of the West Branch Valley Association of REALTORS® and District Vice President for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®.

Her contributions to real estate education and the REALTOR® community have earned her numerous honors, including induction into the REBAC Hall of Fame, RSPS of the Year, and REALTOR® of the Year awards at both the local and state levels.

Members who register for a CE Class and then simply do not show for the class will be marked as a "no show" and following one initial warning, they will be issued a $10 fee each time they are a no-show. Please use your Info Hub to cancel your class registrations as needed in order to avoid this fee.
